I work with clients to help them reclaim their health—whether it is a recent diagnosis or confusing symptoms you can’t seem to identify, we can work together to make small tweaks that will help you to feel better. I can help you navigate and manage menopause, diabetes, autoimmune conditions and Long Covid or we can focus on a specific area such as stress, sleep, nutrition or weight management/acceptance.
